2. How to register a subsidiary?

(1) Core name. Go to the Administration for Industry and commerce to get a "application form for pre approval of enterprise (name)", fill in the name of the company to be obtained, and the Administration for Industry and Commerce will search whether there is a duplicate name. If there is no duplicate name, you can use the name and get the "Notice of pre approval of enterprise name".

(2) Rent a house. The registration of a subsidiary shall have a registered address that meets the requirements. Therefore, if there is no registered place, it needs to be obtained through leasing.

(3) Prepare the articles of association. Prepare the materials required for company registration to ensure the accuracy of the materials.

(4) Apply for business license. Bring a series of company registration materials to the relevant industrial and commercial administration department to submit the materials, and apply for the original and duplicate of the business license after passing the examination.

(5) Engrave the official seal. It needs to be handled at the seal engraving point designated by the public security organ. Engraving: official seal, financial seal, invoice seal, contract seal and legal representative seal.

(6) Open a bank account. To open a basic account at a bank outlet near the company, a company can only apply for opening one basic account.
